About Penworks Plus

Penworks Plus actually started in our hearts and minds a number of years ago. Marilyn has been a professional painter for a number of years & I was born with wood in my genes. We are proud members of the American Association of Woodturners and the Society of Decorative Painters.

We formed Penworks Plus several years ago with the idea that when we retired we would pursue our love of woods and the arts. It seemed only logical that we would use beautiful exotic woods and burls with their many magnificent colors and wild grains as our medium of choice. We feel that this allows us to best use our artistic talents and to share with you our love affair with wood.
