Jim, I received my pen this morning. You are a true artist with wood. My pen is perfectly balanced and the weight is JUST RIGHT. I can not believe the beauty of the wood (pink ivory) - it is absolutely fantastic & is finished with a glass - wet look. All I can say is "KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK". I Will bve back - You can count on that!

I am very pleased with my Emporer Fountain Pen. It writes very smoothly and the balance is out of this world. The Ancient Kauri wood which you used in making my pen is outstanding. It is difficult to realize that this wood is over 50,000 years old. It absolutely glows with each turn of the body. You have made more than a fine custom writing instrument, you have made a "WORK OF ART"
I look forward to giving these Emporer pens to my customers this coming Christmas. I have given out gifts for over 12 years and without a doubt this will be the "BEST OF THE BEST"

Very pleased with my pen

Jim, I had to write and tell you how pleased I am with your service. The wood on my pen cracked (my fault as I left it in my pocket when I washed clothes) and under warantee you replaced the wood and sent the pen back to me as good as new. At no cost to me! We don't see good service like this any more except with your Company.

One fine writing instrument
I received my order yesterday and I have to say that "I LOVE IT". Where on earth did you find the Brazilian Rosewood?
